The recipe that makes up our professional chocolate is crafted to allow operators to achieve a quality thick chocolate with their professional chocolate makers, as well as through manual preparations that can be adjusted to taste with milk and chocolate powder.
FOR CHOCOLATE MAKER: dissolve 250 g of product in 1 liter of milk (1 kg of product in 4 liters of milk) and pour into the chocolate maker.
FOR CUP, MANUAL PREPARATION: pour 120 ml of milk into a milk jug; add 25/28 grams of product and dissolve. Bring to a boil on the stove or with steam, stirring continuously. Serve hot in a cup.
Store in a cool, dry place. Seal tightly after use.
