Warranty on Coffee Machines Purchased Online on Toro Caffè

THE WARRANTY INCLUDES THE SENDING OF THE MACHINE TO ITALY AT THE SHIPPING COST WHICH VARIES FROM THE COUNTRY OF DEPARTURE OR WITH A COURIER TO SEND AND COLLECT THE MACHINE DIRECTLY FROM THE CUSTOMER AT A COST OF €0

 

The guarantee on machines purchased without VAT number

The standard 2-year guarantee applies to coffee machines purchased from the site for purchases made without VAT number. Lavazza machines, in this case Lavazza Jolie, Lavazza EP Mini and all Lavazza branded models are covered by Lavazza's direct warranty which provides maintenance for the entire duration completely free of charge using the toll-free number 800124535. The warranty cannot be managed from our warehouse in Inzago, Lavazza will intervene with the maintenance centers adjacent to the destination area with free collection via express courier and return, always free, of the working machine.

 

The guarantee on machines purchased with a VAT number

The legal guarantee lasting 1 year applies to coffee machines purchased from the site for purchases made with a VAT number. Lavazza machines, in this case Lavazza Jolie, Lavazza EP Mini and all Lavazza branded models are covered by a direct Lavazza warranty which provides maintenance for the entire duration completely free of charge (in Italy) using the toll-free number 800124535. The warranty cannot be managed from our warehouse in Inzago, Lavazza will intervene with the maintenance centers adjacent to the destination area with free collection via express courier and return, always free, of the working machine.

 

Some indications that apply to both guarantee services with and without VAT number.

By calling the Lavazza assistance number 800124535, the purchase document of the machine is required which certifies the date of purchase within the terms of the guarantee for the specific purchase method, the following documents are valid: invoice, receipt, DDT, order of purchase on headed paper (available at any time from our technical support).

It is necessary to be in front of the machine with a telephone equipped with a camera to take a video together with the operator who can verify the problem remotely and it is advisable to have original Lavazza capsules to ascertain some of the problems that could occur and which only with the size of original capsules will be verifiable. The assistance will take a few moments to verify and a few days to complete. You will not have to move from home and there will be no costs of any kind by using Lavazza's remote assistance.

 

Guarantee without Lavazza intervention on site

If you do not have a telephone equipped with a camera or you have any type of impediment that does not allow you to access the guarantee, it is exceptionally possible to delegate it to our warehouse to open the procedure and manage the guarantee.

In this particular service the times indicated above are no longer applicable and the warranty will be managed within 30 days of receipt of the machine in the warehouse which must be perfectly packaged to avoid aesthetic damage during transport which will not be attributable to Toro di Totaro Filippo.< /p>

Shipping will be the only cost borne by the customer to have the machine delivered to the warehouse and the subsequent cost of returning it. The outward and return shipments of the machine must be managed by the customer with a courier and/or an online broker for safe shipments. If you wish to use a triangulation managed by our company, please note that any damage resulting from transport will not be attributable to Toro di Totaro Filippo but will be the total responsibility of the customer. The cost of managing the machine to and from is €30.00 and includes the collection of the faulty machine and the return of the repaired machine.

We recommend using the guarantee made available directly with Lavazza for faster and safer management of the problem.

 

Warranty on Non-Lavazza Coffee Machines

The warranty covers, as above, all internal problems of the machines that prevent correct functioning. Accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by limescale is not covered by the warranty. To draw on the guarantee with our assistance it is possible by calling the number 0222226532, writing to us on whatsapp at 3791255405 or sending us an email to info@torocaffe.com specifying the order number or the name used for the purchase and waiting for a response within a few hour (on working days) of one of our operators. The warranty will have no costs other than shipping the coffee machine to our warehouse and returning it to your address. The cost of return shipping using triangulation with our couriers will cost €30.00, however it will be possible to use a service not connected to us with a broker external to Toro di Totaro Filippo which will have a cost to be quoted on their website.

 

Replacement of Coffee Machines

It is not possible to request the replacement of the coffee machine as it is not a free loan service and the use of the same and its quality is determined by the use made of it. The warranty remains a service that is always available and accessible in the event of a real machine failure, but this does not guarantee its replacement with a new machine. The warranty includes the repair of the machine supplied and not the replacement with new machines.
