HOW TO PREPARE PANNA COTTA

The AL Ice-Cream Panna Cotta mix was created to allow anyone to prepare Panna Cotta very easily and immediately. All you need is some milk and mix everything together.

  • Mix the contents of the bag with 1 liter of milk + 1 liter of unsweetened cream, diluting carefully to avoid the formation of lumps.
  • Bring to the boil.
  • Pour into molds and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the desired consistency.
  • Unmold the cake and garnish with fresh fruit or topping.
