The 550 g preparation allows you to make 10 to 15 waffles or pancakes depending on their size.

Professional Waffle Preparation

For professional large-scale preparation, as indicated on the bag you have, dilute the 550 g waffle powder mix in 500 ml of water to have the entire mixture ready to use. Once carefully mixed to avoid lumps, let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before cooking with a waffle iron. Cooking can be done with a waffle iron or a non-stick pan.
