HOW TO MAKE CREPES

The AL Ice-Cream Crepe Mix is designed for easy and immediate preparation of crepes, whether you prefer them sweet or savory. Just add water and use a small pan if you don't have a crepe griddle or pan.

With 500 g, you can make 10/15 crepes depending on their size.

PROFESSIONAL CREPE PREPARATION

For large quantities, as indicated on the package, dilute the 500 g AL Ice-Cream crepe mix powder in 700/800 ml of water to have a ready-to-use mixture. Carefully blend to avoid lumps and let the mixture rest for a few minutes before cooking on a griddle. Cooking can be done on a crepe griddle or a non-stick pan.

HOME CREPE PREPARATION

Making crepes at home is simple. We recommend dividing the doses to prevent waste and to take advantage of the long shelf life of the mix. The recommended dose for one crepe is 50 g of mix with 70 ml of water. Blend carefully to avoid lumps and let the mixture rest for a few minutes before cooking on a griddle. Cooking can be done on a crepe griddle or a non-stick pan.
