HOW TO PREPARE CREME CARAMEL

The AL Ice-Cream Caramel cream preparation was created to allow anyone to prepare Caramel Creme very easily and immediately. All you need is some milk and mix everything together.

  • Mix the contents of the sachet with 2 liters of milk, diluting carefully to avoid the formation of lumps.
  • Bring to the boil.
  • Pour into molds and leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until the desired consistency.
  • Unmold the cake and garnish with caramel.
