The ginseng and barley machine we offer is the top-selling model due to its versatility and completeness. The Biepi AURA model features 2 mixing groups with four programmable doses from the keyboard to ensure optimal and independent extraction of soluble products for bars, such as soluble Ginseng or lactose-free ginseng and the product composed of 100% soluble Barley for bars.
With the internal electronic board, you can dose the dispensations, control the temperature, monitor the water level in the tank, and check available credits if the machine is installed for third-party use (control via smart card). The machine is by default provided Free from Constraints and Free from Controlled Dispensations.
The automatic machine autonomously performs the mixer cleaning and boasts an internal steam suction system along with resin anti-scale filters with end-of-autonomy signaling, intelligently placed within the tubing circuit to ensure water passes through them.

Barley and Ginseng Machine Configuration

The machine is supplied configured and ready to operate without any further modifications. Once plugged in and turned on, it's advisable to perform a mixer cleaning cycle to remove any deposited sediments and to facilitate the insertion of water into the internal tubes after transportation. For more detailed configuration, we remain at the disposal of customers, although the machine's computer is extremely simple and intuitive for configuring each individual hot soluble powder beverage.
