Preparation - Preservation of Soluble Barley

MANUAL PREPARATION or with AUTOMATIC BARLEY MACHINES

Preparation in automatic machines requires a dosage of 4 grams for the small cup and approximately 8/10 grams for the large cup. When preparing barley manually, however, it is advisable to pour 4 grams of product (about 1 tablespoon) into a cup with hot water or milk and mix. Increase or decrease the dose as desired.
