Our Decaffeinated coffee blends are processed using one of the most modern, eco-friendly, and natural methods available. The coffee is completely water-decaffeinated to separate caffeine from the beneficial elements without removing them from the coffee. This is one of the most advanced methods in this sector. The process can last several hours and is repeated multiple times to ensure the bean retains its nutritional properties, maintaining its taste and aroma, while effectively removing caffeine from each coffee bean.

Decaffeinated coffee beans are roasted using a standard roasting technique, which involves cooking at 240° for about 20 minutes. Thanks to water decaffeination, the roasting process remains unchanged and can be performed using normal cooking methods that allow the coffee to maintain the taste and aroma of Espresso pod coffee. After roasting, the beans rest in silos for 5/6 days before being packaged in 44 mm ESE pods, perfectly compatible with any pod coffee machine.
