The agreement offers a discount on the list price of the machine and concurrently establishes a binding collaboration for the duration specified by the offer, where the buyer must commit to purchasing all supplies used on the selected machine exclusively from Toro Coffee. Coffee and soluble beverages will not undergo any price changes after the purchase of machinery; the online published price list will remain the same post-purchase of the equipment.
2. Purchase the coffee machine in the preferred customization, which includes the supply of Toro Coffee for a minimum duration of 24 months from the delivery of the machine. The agreement offers a discount on the list price of the machine and concurrently establishes a binding collaboration for the duration specified by the offer, where the buyer must commit to purchasing all supplies used on the selected machine exclusively from Toro Coffee. Coffee and soluble beverages will not undergo any price changes after the purchase of machinery; the online published price list will remain the same post-purchase of the equipment.
3. No contractual obligation, the machine will not receive any discount on the list price in the absence of any supply constraints on the products usable on the purchased machine.
