The success of this blend is undoubtedly due to its roasting, a new production technique in this field. Traditional roastings involve quick cooking at high temperatures, up to 240/250°C at times. Instead, this blend is roasted at about 180°C for 30 minutes, a meticulously controlled roasting that preserves all the coffee bean's qualities and nutritional properties.
