Platinum Ginseng Coffee is gluten free, free from hydrogenated fats and GMO free. This instant powder preparation is ready to mix and serve, making it perfect for bars, vending machines and Ho.Re.Ca. use, both for automatic and manual preparation.
Platinum Ginseng Coffee requires proper machine configuration because it can be prepared using 5/6 g of powder with 40 ml of water to obtain a small creamy cup. With this setup the yield is approximately 80 cups per bag without compromising flavor or crema quality.

PREPARATION
Manual preparation: use approximately 5/6 g of ginseng powder for one cup (about 40 ml) of hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
With vending machines: pour the product into the dedicated container and adjust powder and water settings according to the suggested manual preparation dosage.
Adjust quantities according to personal taste. Never change only the powder dosage without also adjusting the water output.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal carefully after use.
