The fior di latte soft serve ice cream mix is our premix for preparation with professional ice cream equipment, but thanks to our recipe, it is also perfectly suitable for the most advanced slush machine models.

Our product is complete and balanced, ideal for all soft serve ice cream machines. No vegetable fats and made with whole milk powder. By simply adding the liquid component — cold water or cold milk — you can quickly obtain exceptionally creamy, fluffy and fresh ice cream directly from any soft serve ice cream machine.

HOW TO PREPARE FIOR DI LATTE SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM

• Pour 1 kg of powder mix together with 2.5 litres of cold whole milk or 2.5 litres of water
• Mix with a hand whisk or a mixer at low speed until the mix is completely dissolved
• Once fully diluted, pour the resulting mixture into the soft serve ice cream machine
