The ACE fruit pulp concentrate is a high-concentration professional preparation, ideal for the quick preparation of soft drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails, slush drinks, summer beverages and mixed drinks for bars, hotels, restaurants and ice cream shops. Thanks to its high fruit juice content and no added sugar, it delivers a natural, intense and fresh taste, with excellent dilution yield and low cost per serving.

The concentrated formula allows you to obtain up to 8 litres of ready-to-serve drink from each litre of product, ensuring practical storage, reduced waste and maximum operational efficiency for professional service.

INGREDIENTS

Concentrated orange juice (85%), concentrated carrot juice (8%), concentrated lemon juice (3%), water, flavourings, acidifier (E330), preservatives (E202, E211, E223 – sulphites), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
Naturally contains fruit sugars. No added sugar.

Average nutritional values per 100 ml of diluted product (1+7):

• Fat: 0.4 g (of which saturates 0 g)
• Carbohydrates: 9.4 g (of which sugars 8.3 g)
• Protein: 0.4 g

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Shake before use
• Dilute 1 part concentrate + 7 parts water (1+7)
• The total dilution of the bag is 625ml of concentrated fruit pulp with 4.375 litres of water to obtain 5 litres of diluted fruit juice ready to serve. The bag allows the product to be stored easily and professionally if the entire fruit concentrate is not used immediately.

COMMERCIAL YIELD

Below is an example of fruit pulp yield for glasses:

• 125ml of fruit pulp with 875ml of water = 1 litre of fruit juice
• 250ml of fruit pulp with 1.75 l of water = 2 litres of fruit juice
• 625ml of fruit pulp with 4.375 l of water = 5 litres of fruit juice

With 5 litres of diluted fruit juice you can obtain:

• approximately 25 glasses of 200 ml
• approximately 33 glasses of 150 ml
